Shipping Policy

Ashé Skin Care & Cosmetics ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

U.S. Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on retail orders of $50 or more.

Retail orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $8.

Most U.S. orders are shipped through USPS. We may use another shipping carrier when appropriate based on the destination, package size, or delivery requirements.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information is provided for all U.S. shipments. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders within the United States ship for a flat rate of $25.

Free shipping offers and retail shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply to unusually large or oversized wholesale orders. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations.

Shipping to Canada and other eligible international destinations is available at a flat rate of $25 USD.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected destination and shipping service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Ashé Skin Care & Cosmetics' shipping charges.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please carefully review your name, shipping address, apartment or suite number, ZIP code, and other delivery information before submitting your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or correct the delivery address.

Incorrect Addresses & Customer Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Ashé Skin Care & Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or packages returned to us as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

Customers are also responsible for following carrier tracking updates and making any necessary arrangements for delivery, including access to the delivery location when required.

Delivery & Carrier Delays

Delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or other delivery problem, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment information.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@asheskincare.com with your order number and photos of the package and items received.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

If carrier tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and any information provided by the carrier. You may then contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the available tracking information.
